I booked a reservation for 1030am the next morning but my plans had changed so he made an accommodation for me to arrive 30mins early. He sent me directions to find the office 2 hours prior to my arrival which was very helpful. Before the massage, we discussed my lifestyle so he could determine the areas to focus on; he also introduced me to some services that he though would help reduce the tension and I am glad I took his recommendations.
