Cancellations

As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, please call us to cancel or reschedule 24- hours in advance if you are unable to make a scheduled appointment. No-shows and cancellations 50% of the session will be billed the 1st occasion, 100% the 2nd occurrence.

Cell Phone

Within the confines of the services areas, we ask that personal phones, pagers, and the like be turned off. They are generally disruptive to your service and impose on other client's quiet and relaxing experience.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Fresh Air

Smoking is not allowed within the building. This ensures a healthful environment for everyone. Please use the designated smoking area outside.

Gift Cards

We require presentation of any gift card being used as payment for services.

Prices

All prices are subject to change.

Protection

During massage and spa services, please, if you have rings, watches, earrings, or other valuables, leave such items in the locker provided. Personal items are your responsibility. Please let us know for any assistance you might need to secure such items.

Punctuality

While we strive for perfection and do everything to ensure that your appointment times are met, if you are more than fifteen minutes late for an appointment, it may be necessary to shorten your service in order to remain on time for other's scheduled appointments.

Refer and Receive

If your friends become new clients to San Antonio Massage through your recommendation, each time they have service, for up to 2 years, you automatically receive $5 credit on your account. Your friend receives $10 off the initial appointment. Full sessions only.

Reservations

All spa services and spa packages must be reserved with a credit card.

Scheduling

We suggest that you schedule your next service prior to leaving San Antonio Massage. This will ensure your best choice of times and staff.

Staff Selection

We make every effort to honor requests for specific staff members, however, we cannot guarantee your selection in every case.
