We'd be glad to provide a complimentary chair massage demonstration and in under 30-minutes have any questions answered so you can decide if you'd want to become one of our satisfied regular clients. Fees are usually paid by the employer but can be subsidized in part or in full by employees. Employers paid programs are a tax-deductible health care benefit when available to all employees.
All our therapists are credentialed graduates of a Massage Therapy School certified by the Texas Department of Health. All on-site personnel have specific training in Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Chair Massage, Neuromuscular and Myofascial, and Swedish Techniques. Each therapist is licensed and is fully-insured. Outside annual continuing education, and on-going internal training and mentoring in business practices are some of the hallmarks that make our practice unique.
Our staff is up beat, friendly, looks sharp and is clean cut and dresses for work in a business setting. Our administrative manager will coordinate any particulars with your point-of-contact ahead of time so there is no confusion and maximum efficiency. We arrive on time, set-up and go right to work so your participants can take full advantage of the time set aside for them - we insist on efficiency too.
About our Quality
As a massage company first and foremost, we have a very capable technical edge that a lot of massage therapists or companies lack. We see people after they've been through the gamut of treatment for repetitive strain injuries or the effects of chronic occupational stress and mental strain. These days, most people with repetitive strain injuries don't want surgery, and often they've already been through physical therapy and occupational therapy - and they still haven't gotten better. Our clients see noticeable improvement immediately.
Our technical edge in massage therapy comes from the expertise of our staff. We have talented professionals trained in Neuromuscular Therapy, which is a very technical, western, structural type of massage therapy. (There are, incidentally, over 150 different modalities of massage, which range from "energetic" eastern therapies at one end, to western structural approaches.) We are also more technically proficient than many massage therapists because we work as a team and are continually working to advance our skill. In fact, many massage therapists come to us for massage therapy. The reason is that it is hard to find consistently good technical work -- which is our focus.
Why San Antonio Massage?
We are different on three counts. First, we're the only San Antonio massage therapy company we know of to offer web-based online scheduling. This is important because it lifts the management burden off of the HR department or office assistant to actually coordinate a massage program. Instead, an employee can schedule their own appointment time by logging onto a web page and clicking on an available time-slot. While we also have a full-time receptionist who you can call and speak with to set an appointment, web-enabled scheduling lets your participants request sessions instantly, and at any time of the day or night. In this way, San Antonio Massage gives business customers a level of speed and convenience that is new to the business of massage therapy.
San Antonio Massage is also different because of our size. Massage therapy is a service industry dominated by small, one-person businesses. We have a large staff of certified massage therapists, which means that we more easily accommodate a company's scheduling and staffing needs and are reliable. We are often asked to send two or three massage therapists to a company headquarters, trade show exhibit or remote company meeting.
Having provided over 19,000 chair massages since 1999, we are experienced. For an on-site massage program to run efficiently people need to know what the cost is, how many people can receive service in a given amount of time, and how much space is needed.
Fees and Set Up
- Chair massage is $60 per hour with a 4-hour minimum (we also provide service for less than 4-hours). In a typical arrangement, 22 people can receive a 15-minute chair massage in an 8-hour day. The number of massages is determined by the amount of time per person, plus 5-minutes between people. We can send you a matrix of time and number of people served by the length of the massage. We will be glad to provide a price sheet for service less than four hours - simply call us.
- A 6' x 6' area is needed for the chair and our equipment; a conference room or an empty office works well. We provide everything - including peaceful and relaxing music and complimentary use of our foot massagers.
- Discounted fees are available for weekly or every other week business clients and additional value-add service features are available.
- Your company's a web-based schedule is available on a moments notice, we simply need a date and start time.
Table Massage
- We offer on-site table massage for $90 per 60-minute massage with a 3-person minimum and 6-person maximum per day per therapist. We provide all equipment and supplies including table and linens. The room for table massage must be of comfortable temperature and enclosed to ensure recipient comfort and privacy. Arrangements for private dressing (typically in the massage room) and restrooms should be in close proximity.
